Autonomy or not to autonomy?

That is the question. Well it is at least for regulators, legislatures, vehicle manufacturers and tech companies. Amazon is already moving goods in trucks, whereas Apple is downsizing its self-driving operation. Some think the future is just around the corner and others believe we are, at minimum, 10 years away from a self-driving truck.
