Cancellation Policy
It is possible to transfer your place to a colleague or client if you are unable to attend. You must inform the customer services team of this change in writing prior to the event.
You will incur 25% cancellation fee if you cancel one month or more prior to the event. For all cancellations received less than one month prior to the event we will be obliged to charge the full fee.
If eft cancels an event, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be refunded in full. If eft postpones an event, delegate payments at the postponement date will be refunded or credited towards the rescheduled date.
Method of Payment
To guarantee that your check-in process is fast, efficient and all queues are avoided please make sure your payment is received by eyefortransport Ltd prior to the event. If your payment has not been received before the event a credit card payment will be required at the time of check in.
Cancellation of Free Passes
If a cancellation is received less than 28 days before the event, a fee of 195 (in local event currency) deposits will be charged. To avoid this fee, you are welcome to transfer the pass to a colleague.
Conference Presentations
eft will provide conference presentations to download from the website after the event. However, although we do our best to guarantee the timely delivery of all conference materials, there may be difficulties beyond our control from time to time which may prevent us from meeting this guarantee for certain presentations.
Agenda Changes
Please note that speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, however, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, eft reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the program without notice.
Free / Complimentary tickets
Complimentary tickets are at the discretion of Eft.
Visa Application Charges
We will charge a admin fee of 195 (in local event currency), this must be paid before we can issue the necessary documentation required for visa/application forms. The fee is non-refundable.
