Why are 3PL Contracts Renewed?
eft is conducting its annual survey of 3PL provider-customer relationships to help understand much of the thinking behind how 3PL relationships have evolved.
The survey examines the overall contract renewal procedures, giving valuable insight into the predominant reasons why customers fail to renew contracts and the top criteria they are looking for in their logistics providers. The resulting report will also explore the potential provision of services related to futuristic technologies, such as drones and augemented reality.

All contributors to the survey will get to see the completed report and full survey results before its general release. Representatives from logistics providers, as well as retailers, manufacturers and other users of transportation, are all invited to participate.
The survey results will be discussed by senior logistics and supply chain executives at the 12th Annual 3PL Summit & Chief Supply Chain Officer Forum, taking place in Amsterdam on November 18-20th. The main event brings together over 300 logistics and supply chain professionals to discuss the biggest trends, game changers and opportunities in the industry.
