The objective of this survey is to understand how well global trade management (GTM) software is being used today.
For the purposes of this study, global trade management (GTM) software is software that is designed to automate trade compliance checks, generate international shipping documents, calculate duties, file information electronically with government agencies, qualify for and manage preferential trade agreements, track international shipments, etc.
This survey is specifically targeted at manufacturers, retailers and wholesalers/distributors/co-operatives who import or export products and use global trade management software.
