Last week eyefortransport hosted the webinar ‘A Step-By-Step Guide to S&OP for the Hi-Tech & Electronics Industry’ that brought together hi-tech supply chain executives to discuss best practices for S&OP implementation.

Ron Diebels, Director S&OP Demand Management at NXP Semiconductors talked us through  his demand planning and S&OP journey.  His brief overview gives you strategies to improve the transparency of your processes and ways to develop a truly cross functional team to aid your S&OP implementation.

Ulf Harring, Global Head of Supply Chain at Electrolux discussed top tips to improve customer service via Electrolux’s S&OP roll out and shows how you can get senior management commitment for your project.

The webinar also featured live polling and questions from the audience.
