ICTSI buys more shares in Argentine port project

International Container Terminal Services Inc (ICTSI), through its Uruguayan subsidiary International Ports of South America & Logistics (IPSAL), has purchased shares equivalent to 10% of the share capital of TecPlata

As a result of the acquisition, IPSAL now owns more than 58 million registered non-endorsable common shares of AR$1 par value each and one vote per share, representing 85% of the capital stock of TecPlata

TecPlata is ICTSI's ongoing port project located in the Port of La Plata in Argentina The terminal is located just outside and south of Buenos Aires, and is along the River Plate

Loginter will continue to own the remaining 15% of TecPlata
