10-4 Systems Closes $13.9M Series A Funding for its Supply Chain Visibility Technology

10-4 Systems (Boulder, CO), announces the closing of its Series A round of financing. The round was led by Andrew Leto, one of the founders of GlobalTranz. This investment and spinoff marks a new chapter for 10-4.

10-4 Systems, the leading provider of supply chain visibility technology to freight carriers, brokers, and shippers, has secured $13.9M of Series A financing led by GlobalTranz co-founder Andrew Leto. Founded in 2012 within GlobalTranz, 10-4 has developed software and an integration process to greatly improve visibility and communication in the freight transportation industry. In conjunction with this financing, 10-4 has successfully completed a spin-off from GlobalTranz, allowing it to focus on product development and customer acquisition.
