Gist acquires G&S International

UK supply chain specialist Gist has taken over Scottish temperature controlled distribution operator G&S International

A key transport operator, particularly in the chilled and perishables sector, G&S International operates in the UK, Holland and Spain

Gist operates out of 35 locations, providing a full range of intellectual and asset-based business offerings in the UK and continental Europe

The G&S operations are a good strategic fit with Gist's already strong presence in the temperature controlled distribution sector both in the UK and continental Europe

G&S International employees will transfer to Gist Assets including trucks, IT and warehousing have been purchased by Gist
