On the 11th of June, eft in partnership with Con-way will be hosting a Charity Fundraiser and Networking evening boat cruise on Lake Michigan.
This charity reception is to take place on Lake Michigan, with views of the stunning Chicago skyline. The evening will play host to two fantastic events. Firstly, eft will be announcing the winners of the Annual 3PL Awards – awards selecting the best 3PLs in a number of categories voted for by customers. To see all nominees click here
Secondly, delegates will be fundraising for the Annual Logistics and Supply Chain Industry Give Back in aid of this year’s nominated charity – Aspire of Illinois. Aspire is one of the largest human service non-profits in the Chicago area, working with children, adults and families with developmental disabilities. Reuben Slone, Chair of the Board of Directors and also SVP of Logistics and Supply Chain at Walgreens will introduce the charity in a presentation on-board.
The various fundraising activities taking place on board including a raffle, prize draw and a golfing competition. Sponsors have already actively donated prizes for the raffle, here is a taster of what attendees can look forward to winning.
