Crane Worldwide Logistics Ranks on Inc. 5000 List for Second Consecutive Year

Crane Worldwide Logistics was recently ranked No. 3030 on Inc. magazine’s annual Inc. 5000 list, a ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States based on three-year revenue growth

Crane Worldwide had a three-year-revenue growth of 118 percent, which helped keep the company in the Inc. 5000. Crane Worldwide also ranked as the No. 1 Logistics & Transportation company in Houston. They were also recognized as the No. 66 in the Logistics and Transportation industry and No. 59 in Houston overall.

“Being recognized for the second consecutive year by Inc. magazine is a great honor for Crane Worldwide. It was never a goal of ours to be placed on such lists, but the fact that we are, is attributed to our people,” John Magee, Crane Worldwide Logistics’ President and CEO said. “Our people constantly challenge the norms of the transportation and logistics industry by providing our customers with best in class service and high-touch, high-value, high-service supply chain solutions.

By focusing our efforts on our people and technology we have been able to grow our operations to a global mid-sized player dedicated to exceptional service and ‘Challenging the Norm.’ We take pride in being on the Inc. 5000 list for the second consecutive year, but in order for us to continue our legacy of being a best in class 3PL, we must continue to challenge ourselves. One step in doing that is being a sustainable company which we have taken a step in accomplishing in being recognized as a 2014 Clean Air Champion by the Houston-Galveston Area Council.”

The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) created the Clean Air Champion designation as a way to recognize employers in the region who have voluntarily implemented measures that improve air quality.

H-GAC has adopted a list of voluntary measures, which organizations can implement that will result in real and immediate emission reductions leading to improved public health.
